Julie teaches Meditation that relaxes the body quickly and calms the mind. When you meditate, you detach from your everyday thoughts and worries by focusing on the sensations of the present. You can de stress in less than a minute by meditating “on the spot” say Julie. Longer sessions will relax your body to the point of sleep and make the mind delightfully still and clear.

Julie’s Meditations are ideal for anxiety and stress-related illnesses. By switching on the “relaxation response”, it can take you out of the stress zone, restoring the body to balance. Meditation is particularly good for insomnia, hypertension, migraines, fatigue, pain, digestive problems and chronic illness.

People may meditate for a variety of reasons, including

• reduced stress and anxiety

• deeper concentration and clarity of mind

Julie will teach a range of simple and widely-practised meditation techniques, including  “on the spot” meditation, breath meditations, chakra body scanning, visualisations, drumming & music meditations.

Psychic Medium Julie McKenzie will take you on a whirlwind adventure to the other side helping you to have contact and understanding of your loved ones who have passed. As she relays Spirit’s messages to you she gives you clarity and guidance to your all your questions.
Julie is has helped people all over Australia and overseas to connect with loved ones as she uses her accurate ability to pass messages on to those in need allowing guidance and peace of mind. Julie enjoys communicating with Spirit on many levels including the angelic, nature angels, Spirit guides, loved ones and many other realms on the other side. She connects with Spirit using all the senses of love, light and compassion.

Julie likes to begin her seminars by explaining her connection with Mediumship and how she interprets messages from loved ones whom have passed. Julie will then demonstrate her ability to read her audience whilst also teaching people about what she sees and how she interprets the messages. Julie’s Dancing with Spirit Seminars usually run for approx 2hrs and in this time she will try to do as many readings as possible.  Unfortunately not everyone will receive a reading however Julie also allows time where people can ask specific questions.

• Tickets are $44 per person and are non-refundable.
• Seating is unallocated theatre style.

• No personal recording devices of any kind are permitted at any time.
