This will be a nurturing workshop for women offering a variety of tips for women’s wellbeing. It will delve into the culture of menstruation, menopause and self care. Self breast examinations, exercise and diet are just a few of the practical strategies for health that will be covered. Simone’s experience as a Clinical Teaching Associate with the University of Queensland will bring you up to date with the necessary health checks that women need to keep an eye on.
